Conversation-Focused English for Grades 2–3

Level 1 — Beginner
What will we learn in this program?
Grades 2–3 · Level 1 — Beginner
12 weeks · 24 lessons · 40 minutes per lesson
We aim for children taking their first steps into English to use what they have learned in short and meaningful conversations. We develop the following communication skills through stories, games, and role-plays.
By the end of the program, we aim for our students to be able to:
• Greet others; state their name and age and ask others for theirs,
• Express how they feel using simple phrases,
• Understand frequently used classroom instructions; ask for help and repetition,
• Name school supplies and state their colors and numbers,
• Introduce close family members with short sentences,
• Express what they like and dislike regarding food, animals, and games,
• Describe some actions they can perform and ask others about theirs,
• Participate in short Q&A sessions and simple role-plays on familiar topics.
Children use these skills with visuals, example sentences, and teacher support when necessary. Every student's starting point and pace of progress are different. Our priority is for them to try English without fear of making mistakes and to participate in speaking.

Course and Registration Information
Is this level suitable for my child?
Level 1 is for children who are starting English from scratch or who need support in introducing themselves and answering simple questions. No prior knowledge of English is required.
Class environment
Classes are held live via Zoom in small groups of 6–8 students. Every child is given the opportunity to ask questions, answer, and form their own sentences. Children do not remain just listeners; they actively participate in games, role-plays, and interactive conversations.
As students begin to use the expressions they have learned, they move on to pair practice under teacher guidance. This allows them to have short dialogues with their friends, take turns speaking and listening, and use what they have learned in communication.
Learning beyond the classroom
Our program is not limited to live lessons. Short daily exercises, worksheets, and speaking practices are provided for students to use what they have learned throughout the week. Thus, English ceases to be a subject they only encounter during class hours and becomes a part of their daily lives.
All worksheets and digital materials we offer within the scope of the program are included in the program fee. The applications we recommend to support practice also consist of free-to-use options; no additional application fees are required.
Calendar and fees
The start date, class days, class times in Turkey time, and fee information will be shared here once finalized.
